Yes DD Free Dish is available in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Buy any Solid brand MPEG-4 STB, sharp brand or any other brand universal KU band LNB and 60 or 65 cms KU Dish.
I don’t have the address details of Chennai or Port Blair shops.

The footprint of Insat4B & GSAT15 shows the signals are not available in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. But if you try with little big Dish, you will get the signals.
